Guidelines for Outdoor and Indoor Patients

Registration Guideline

Registering for consultation at Kalyani General Hospital is mandatory for all patients. A nominal fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for each new registration.

To complete the registration process, patients are required to provide their personal details including Name, Email, Mobile Number, Age, and Address on a designated Registration Form provided by the hospital. This information is securely stored in our hospital database.

Upon registration, each patient is assigned a unique Medical Record Number (MRN) that will be used for all subsequent visits. This MRN facilitates efficient management of investigations, consultations, and patient records throughout their association with the hospital.

Ensure a smooth consultation experience by adhering to our registration guidelines at Kalyani General Hospital. We prioritize patient confidentiality and strive to maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for optimal care delivery.

Visitors’ Pass

At Kalyani General Hospital, visitors’ passes are issued based on specific criteria:

  • Patients admitted to private or semi-private rooms are eligible for one 24-hour attendant pass and one visitor pass.
  • In all categories of ICU, one visitor pass is provided per patient.
  • Temporary visitor passes require prior approval from treating doctors.
  • Children under 12 years old must obtain special permission from the Medical Superintendent (MS)/Clinical Director or the Ward/ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) before receiving a visitor pass.

These guidelines ensure a supportive and secure environment for patients while accommodating the needs of their caregivers and visitors at Kalyani General Hospital.
